New bathroom for Aunt Vicky

Our aunt Vicky lives in a small village in the south of the country. She has a tiny one-storey house in which she lives alone, not counting the dog and the cat she takes care of. Aunt Vicky decided to redecorate the house a couple of weeks ago. It really needed some major repairs as the interiors looked a bit old-fashioned. No wonder, she had inherited the house from her parents twenty years before and it had not been refurbished since then. We decided to design a new bathroom for our aunt. We took her to town to look for some new tiles and furniture together. Our aunt did not want to change the style very much. Rustic decor is what applies to her. But it is not difficult to find such things nowadays: countryside and rustic bathroom themes have become really popular recently. We chose some simple brown and grey tiles and some similar fixtures. We combined elements of glass, metal, marble and wood in our aunt"s new bathroom. Then she chose some furniture at a second-hand shop (they had some good quality cabinets at a reasonable price) and she also bought other necessary accessories: towels, a little bathroom rug and a new bath. Then we got down to work. We decided to make some repairs ourselves and then hire a company to do the rest.
