New diet plans

I met Sally at the beginning of March, soon after she had visited the dietician for the first time. We were supposed to have pizza and fresh juice at our favourite restaurant but she took salad and garlic bread instead. I asked her what the reason for these sudden changes was. After all, Sally had always loved pizza and I couldn"t believe she was not going to have it this time. It was then when she told me that she had just visited a dietician who helped people with their diet plans and that she was supposed to change her eating habit completely. First of all, the dietician forbade her to eat dairy products. Well, this is quite logical because some people do not tolerate them very well. But he also suggested that she should not have fruit. Why? That was really difficult to understand for me. As far as I know, fruit gives a lot of energy for athletes and Sally, although she"s not a pro of course, but she tends to exercise a lot. Instead of fruit, the dietician suggested that she takes dietary supplements that are supposed to give her more energy. The specialists" diet plans were really crazy! I would never visit an ‘expert" like that, and if I accidentally did, I would never follow his suggestions or decide to see him again.
