Some people think that when you are a CEO you have nothing to do. You have board of directors so you don^t care about the problems of the company as they are supposed to deal with it. Your job is only to set up a policy of a company which usually means that you are coming up with new ideas, etc. Additionally you always have managers around you who can help you with solving your problems. It seems like a perfect situation but it isn^t really the case. Recently one of my managers has presented me new projects for our baby sleeping bags. He wanted me to see them and I couldn^t say "no" as you can imagine. I have to say that I don^t regret this decision. First of all, all of those projects were really great. I can clearly see that true professionals have been working on them. Additionally I can definitely state, that they are interesting and that they will increase our number of customers. People will be interested in such unique designs of those baby sleeping bags. I would definitely buy a bag of that kind if I needed one. As you can see as a CEO I have to make the most important decisions for the existence of this company and it is not as easy as you might think it is. Do you agree with me?
